What are the benefits of hiring a Wedding Planner?

You get to have FUN at your OWN Wedding! A wedding planner helps take the stress off and will gladly take on the tedious tasks at hand that you no longer want to tackle. They are your go-to person whenever you need a question answered, help with your theme (designers eye), keep you going in the right direction, help with going over vendor contracts, and so much more!

Will you travel outside of Calgary 
​for our event?

A

Absolutely! We provide service in and around Calgary (Okotoks, Cochrane, Canmore and Banff to name a few). We also do destination (we love sunshine!) Travel fees outside of Calgary city limits are custom quoted - contact us today!

Do you charge for initial
​consultations?

A

Nope! We want to be able to ensure that you like us, and that we will be a good fit for you! We love grabbing coffee with our potential clients (coffee on us of course!), and hearing all about your vision and needs. If we are a good fit, a deposit is required to hold your date and a contract will be sent for you to sign!

What payment methods do you 
​accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), Cash or certified cheque.

What if we need your services, but
​we can't afford it all upfront? 

A

We understand that weddings can be stressful, and having a helping hand is a relief! That is why we offer our clients a variety of payment plans. Final invoice total is to be paid in full 30 days prior to event.

How much contact will we have
​with you?

A

We don't like leaving our clients high and dry, so don't ever hesitate to give us a call or email! We do keep office hours, so that we can spend quality time with our family. We aim to get back to all emails and phone calls within 24 hours.

Do you carry a Wedding Day
​Emergency Kit?

A

If you book our Full Planning Package or Month of Coordination Package, included is the use of our Emergency Kit. Should a mishap happen (hopefully not!), we've got your back and will have anything you can think of for those last minute fixes. So no need to worry, we've got you covered!

We love our colleagues, and Calgary has so many amazing professionals to choose from! We pride ourselves on focusing on the details and standing out from the crowd. We think outside of the box, and nothing is ever average when it comes to our service. 

We only accept a couple events a year, and never 2 events in one weekend - so that we can maintain the quality and attention to detail that every client deserves.

How soon should we secure 
​your services?

A

We book any event between 16-24 months out. Since we only take on a few events a month, it is best to secure your date as soon as possible.
